Ways of God Ep 3

By Apostle Nimrod Dande

God has already given us favor like a key. And it is up to each individual to determine what will manifest in their life. If it’s about conversations of limitation, then in one way or another I must permit them to enter my life. For instance, if a witch torments a believer, and the believer begins to cry, “Witches are after me,” he has already empowered that activity. By confessing fear, he opens a gateway for darkness, and the charms of the enemy now find expression in his life. His own words create openings in the spirit.
In the spiritual realm, these things don’t require written agreements. They operate like energy. Once a certain energy is released, it activates spiritual realities. A believer can be born again, yet the energy they release whether of fear, hatred, jealousy, or bitterness; can invite demonic operations, because demons thrive where such energies are present.
You may pray, speak in tongues, and live morally upright, yet still suffer because of negative energies within you since you have opened pathways for darkness. For example, hatred shuts the door to God’s flow, while jealousy creates room for demonic influence.
At such points, the believer may cry out to God, asking “Why?” Then Jesus, through the Spirit, sends help. The Bible says, “For we do not know what to pray for, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings.” This means the Holy Spirit reveals the source of the leakage the open door that gave darkness access. If it is unforgiveness, the Spirit convicts you to release those you’re holding in your heart. By sealing that leakage, freedom is restored.
Unforgiveness can hinder a believer because it creates accusations in the heavens. In God’s system of divine order, there is what we call the Courtroom of Heaven, a place where the accuser (Satan) brings charges against men. Scripture shows us that Satan has access to this courtroom. For example, in the book of Job, when the sons of God presented themselves before the Lord, Satan also appeared. There, he brought an accusation against Job, showing that the courtroom structure allows him to raise petitions.
At that time, before the coming of Christ, Satan held dominion over the world (not the earth itself, but the system of the world). So when the “sons of God” gathered, they were beings responsible for different estates of creation, and Satan was present as the ruler of the world system. That’s why God provoked him by asking, “Have you seen my servant Job?”
But after Christ’s death, resurrection, and ascension, and after the Holy Spirit came, the church was born. Authority over the world was restored to man through Christ. That’s why John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world…” the same world satan once controlled.
Yet, satan still operates as the accuser of the brethren. He continually presents cases against believers before God. Whenever a believer sins or releases negative energy (hatred, unforgiveness, jealousy, etc.), that “frequency” is picked in the spirit and can become a legal accusation in the heavenly courtroom. Since God is a just Judge, every accusation must be weighed fairly.
This is why believers need an Advocate-Jesus Christ. His blood speaks for us. When a believer repents, Jesus steps in and pleads their case, saying, “I shed my blood for this one, therefore mercy must prevail over judgment.” At that moment, the case is dismissed, and the accusation loses power.
The danger comes when believers treat sin as “small.” Even what we consider minor sins can open portals to sickness, poverty, rejection, and defeat. What looks small in our eyes can become a legal ground for demonic affliction.
Therefore, the deeper a man flows with God, the more his knowledge of God is revealed. Our walk with God isn’t about rules set by men but about aligning with His ways and pathways. The extent of your flow with Him reflects the extent of your knowledge of Him.
Finally, in Micah 4:1–2, we see that in the last days, the mountain of the Lord’s house will be exalted, and people will flow to it to learn His ways. This shows that God’s ways are higher than men’s ways, and His paths are revealed to those who walk closely with Him. Let’s read: “But in the last days, it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the Lord shall be established on top of the mountains.”
That mountain is a dominion conversation. In other words, the dominion of the house of the Lord, the dominion of the church shall be established above every other dominion. This means that though there are many dominions in the earth, a time is coming when the dominion of the Lord’s house will be exalted above them all.
The scripture continues: “And it shall be exalted above all the hills, and the people shall flow unto it.” When that dominion is established, it will attract men. Jesus Himself said, “If I be lifted up from the earth, I will draw all men unto me.” So the exaltation of the mountain of the Lord is what causes men to flow into it. A time is coming when every man will run to the church. But for men to run to the church, the church must first go through oppression. Out of that oppression, the church must come forth triumphant. Oppression, however, doesn’t always come in the form of obvious evil. Sometimes, it comes clothed in good things.
For example, governments may begin to restrict churches forcing registration, enforcing rules, even shutting some down. Or consider when a politician donates millions to a church. That gift may look like a blessing, but it can become bondage if the church loses its voice to correct that politician. He owns them through his giving. So oppression can come even in “good” ways. The same applies in personal life. In marriage, for instance, a man or woman may be tempted by someone who comes with sweet words, gifts, and attention. What looks good can actually be a trap placing you in bondage to an oppressor. You become enslaved by what first appeared as kindness.
This is why in marriage, both husband and wife must remain steadfast. Temptations will surely come: men will pursue married women, and women will pursue married men. The enemy knows the easiest way to capture you is by creating conflict in your marriage. When there is strife between husband and wife, that’s when outside voices begin to creep in the Cynthia you never knew suddenly calls, the Michael from your past reappears, or the ex you left ten years ago shows up again.
It is in those moments that the believer must take a stand. For the dominion of the house of the Lord to be revealed, the church and individual believers must overcome oppression, whether it comes as persecution, as flattery, or as temptation. Only then will the glory of the church shine forth, drawing men to the mountain of the Lord.
